Shipping and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY


1. Free HK shipping on orders over HK$500.00.

2. Exchange should be made within 14 days after arrival.

3. Sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded.

4. Each item can only be exchanged once with same style. No refund.

5. If the exchange style is out of stock, other style can also be chosen.

6. - If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the value of purchased product, the difference will not be refunded.
    - If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the value of the purchased product, customers need to pay for the difference.

7. All items must be returned in unused condition and all garment hangtags need to be attached.

8. All shipping costs will be borne by customer.
